Under this agreement, the Daegu Suseong-gu branch of the Korean Senior Citizens' Association will select 10 senior citizens to carry out a 12-week pilot project. As a result, senior citizens of the Suseong-gu branch will receive various health care services such as nutrition education and exercise as well as "Super Brain," a digital cognitive intervention program that can improve their cognitive ability using tablet PCs.

Superbrain is a digital cognitive intervention program developed with neurology medical staff and completed clinical trials. We demonstrated multi-mediation effects in five areas: cognitive learning, vascular risk factor management, exercise, nutrition, and motivation. Currently, it provides services to more than 50 dementia relief centers, welfare centers, university hospitals, and hospitals.

Lee Jong-ik, chairman of the Suseong-gu branch of the Korean Senior Citizens' Association, said, "We signed this agreement because we actively sympathized with the fact that the cognitive function of the elderly has weakened and depression has increased due to the prolonged COVID-19."

"Superbrain is easy for the elderly to access and use with interest," said Jeon Hong-ki, CSO of Rowan. "We will strive to improve the quality of life of the elderly and improve the stable retirement life and welfare of the elderly through this smart senior center pilot project."
