Rowan (ROWAN) has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with BlueMTech, a leading company in digital healthcare. Through this partnership, the two companies will combine their respective technologies and expertise to jointly develop innovative healthcare solutions and strengthen their competitiveness in the domestic market.

Rowan, a provider of AI-based health management solutions, offers its flagship AI-powered brain health management solution, ‘SuperBrain.’ SuperBrain has been praised for its ability to improve users' cognitive function and maintain brain health. BlueMTech, primarily focused on pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare platform services, has recently expanded its distribution scope to include smart medical devices. The company aims to evolve into a comprehensive healthcare service provider by offering related services.

Under this agreement, the two companies will collaboratively build a user-friendly digital healthcare platform. Designed for ease of access and use, this platform will enable more people to benefit from digital healthcare services. They will also formulate a cooperative strategy for expanding in the domestic market and offer tailored solutions suited to the characteristics of different distribution channels, thereby enhancing competitiveness in the local market.
